Spring 1987: Ruddigore
Notes
The Off-Monroe Players are ten years old. We are proud to make our modest contribution to the astonishing array of amateur theatre in Rochester. Ten years ago, I believed that amateurs on stage could only embarrass themselves and their audience. I then joined the chorus of Esther Vail's first OMP production, Trial by Jury. The prejudice of youth dies unmourned, and seventeen productions later, OMP continues to demonstrate that joining with friends in theatrical endeavor is indeed one of the happiest forms of social communion.
