Synopsis

Men from different sides of the social register argue over the attentions of a certain village girl. The Gentleman in Black offers to help them resolve their issues by swapping their souls for the duration of a month. After enduring a forgotten wife, several speeches for the Empress, a harrowing tale of infants switched at birth, and some calendar adjustments, all are restored to their rightful places.
